Once you finally have made the smart decision of buying an external hard drive now it’s time to put the files on your drive. This is not a very hard task; in fact it’s actually quite easy to do. Location:-

SATA is situated inside of your PC while USB is an external device.

Movable:-

SATA cannot be removed from your PC and taken to anywhere while you can take USB to anywhere you want.
